Confirmation of your registration and all payment details will be sent by e-mail.
The Congress application will be considered valid only upon the registration of corresponding payment.
The payment should be made after receiving a confirmation of the registration to the Congress.
Cancellation and refund policy
Requests for cancellation must be emailed to biuro@grupabachleda.pl.
Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted.
Cancellation of the congress fee 100 days before the Congress - 100% of the payment will be refunded
Cancellation of the congress fee 100-70 days before the Congress - 70% of the payment will be refunded
Cancellation of the congress fee 70-40 days before the Congress - 50% of the payment will be refunded
Cancellation of the congress fee 40-14 days before the Congress - 25% of the payment will be refunded
Cancellation of the conference fee 14 days before the Congress - no refund will be possible
